Quality Services Survey

Are you a person with a disability or a parent of a child with disabilities receiving long term care services in Maine?

Have you ever wanted to tell someone what you think good quality services are or how to improve those you are receiving?

Tell us!

Not only will we listen, but we will also pay you $25 to cover the expenses of your participation.

The University of Maine's Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies, in partnership with the Muskie School and the Bureau of Elder and Adult Services, is currently conducting a research project as part of a grant that the Maine Department of Human Services received to address community based services for children and adults who are in need of or receive long term care services under the President's New Freedom initiative.

The Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies is working on this project to help the state know what people think are quality community services. We need a few people to meet for about 2 hours and talk to us about desired quality services.
