MESAP provides practical training, technical assistance, and
ongoing capacity-building in prevention strategies to foster
community environments with healthy policies, practices, and norms.
Trainings and materials are grounded in our day-to-day
implementation of the latest research and best practices. MESAP is
funded by the Maine Office Substance Abuse (OSA), and many services
are available at no cost to OSA grantees.
