From the North: From Maine Turnpike (I-95) take Exit 7 and then take Interstate 295; exit after the toll booth. Proceed along I-295 north to Exit 5, then go right on Congress Street. Continue along Congress Street through two traffic lights and up the hill. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Bramhall Street. Bear right at the fork and continue to the next intersection. MMC’s main entrance will be on your right. The visitor's parking lot will be on your left. Free parking.

From the South: Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) to Exit 6A. After the toll booth, continue straight on Interstate 295 to Exit 5, then go right on Congress Street. Continue along Congress Street through two traffic lights and up the hill. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Bramhall Street. Bear right at the fork and continue to the next intersection. MMC’s main entrance will be on your right and the visitor's parking lot will be on your left. Free parking.

From the West - Route 302: Follow Route 302 east. In Portland it becomes Forest Avenue. At the end of Forest Avenue, turn right onto Congress Street. Follow Congress Street to the third traffic light (Bramhall Street). Turn left onto Bramhall Street. Bear right at the fork and continue to the next intersection. Maine Medical Center’s main entrance will be on your right and the visitor parking lot will be on your left with an entrance on Chadwick Street. Free parking.
