Healthy and Ready to
Work National Resource Center
In concert with the goals of the Maternal
and Child Health Bureau (MCHB), the President’s New Freedom Initiative, and the
Surgeon General’s Call for Action to Improve the Health and Wellness of Persons
with Disabilities (2005), the Healthy and Ready to Work (HRTW) National Resource
Center provides leadership, resources, and knowledge to improve health,
community participation, productivity and life for youth in transition.
