Graduate Study in Early Intervention

Is the Early Intervention (EI) Specialization Right for Me?

Suggestion: Please print and complete these checklists, and keep them for your own personal use.

Check here when completed:  Checklist items:

EI Specialization & Funding Through TOP

Read about the Early Intervention graduate specialization and funding that is available through the Training Options for Early Intervention Personnel (TOP) grant.

Note: This is graduate level coursework. You will need a bachelors degree or, if a senior, you will need your advisors permission to take courses.

Computer Requirements

You will be using the computer, e-mail and the Internet during all courses.

Do you have access to a fairly up-to-date computer which can run at least Windows '95 or MacOS 8.1 or higher, that will allow you to participate fully.

Course Descriptions

Carefully review current EI course descriptions to assist you in determining if the topics and course content are of interest to you. You should also determine if you have the time to commit to a graduate course.

Programs of Study

Review the course sequences for each of the specialization in Early Intervention options (Endorsement-Only, Master's Degree and Certificate of Advance Studies)
