Obtain Graduate Non-Degree status from the
University of Maine Graduate School. You may download the form or
apply on-line at
http://www2.umaine.edu/graduate/article.php?id=63 . You may also
contact the Graduate School by phone at (207) 581-3219 or e-mail:

and request the application.

Please note prerequisites for courses. Students who
do not meet required prerequisites will be asked to withdraw from
the class. If there are any questions please contact Sandy Doctoroff,
the course instructor (see contact information below).

Complete a course registration form. The form may be
obtained from the UM Graduate School or can be downloaded from
http://www.ccids.umaine.edu/interedu/gradei/starting/
howtoapply.htm (cursor down the page until you see “Registering for an Early
Intervention Course”). Non-degree students should mail the
registration form directly to the UM
Graduate School (address is listed on the form). Students who have
been admitted to the UM Graduate School master's degree
program must have their registration forms signed by their
advisor (Dr. Doctoroff).

Students are strongly encouraged to register by
December 29th.
Textbooks
Textbooks may be purchased in person at the UM
Bookstore, over the phone by calling 581-1700, or via the Internet by
visiting the Bookstore’s website:
http://www.bookstore.umaine.edu/. It is important to know the course
number and names of the books when ordering. Textbooks should be
available by late December or early January. Further information about
textbooks will be provided to students who have registered for classes
in a separate mailing prior to the start of the Spring semester.
