My name is Nichole and I am 18 years old. I will be starting
college this fall. I was born with achromatopsia and I am legally blind,
colorblind and light sensitive. I have learned Japanese and I want to teach
English in Japan, and facilitate foreign exchange programs for students. I also
raise and show several breeds of dogs, including Newfoundland’s. I am active in
4-H and was recently elected to a second term as club president. I joined YEA ME
in January 2005 and I am enjoying learning about the work and getting to know
everyone.
