My name is Laura Son and I am 20 years old. I live in Kennebunk, ME. I graduated from Kennebunk High School in June 2004 and am participating in a post-graduate year at (PATHS) Portland Arts & Technology High School in Portland, ME. I have a disability called Cerebral Palsy.
I have been a member of YEA ME since 2002 and have participated in a number of statewide and nationwide conferences with other board members. In the future I want to continue to provide presentations & educate others about what it is like to have & live with a disability.
I enjoy art, singing, and spending time with friends & family. I hope to find a job that pays well and continue my advocacy work.
