Transition has helped me in many ways. Here is one of the ways that it has helped me. I was having trouble in English in eighth grade because the teacher would not listen to my needs. Everyone thought that I would not transition into high school well. Well, now that I am a senior, going through a big transition was good for me. For my English grade went up from a D to a B in my first quarter, which proved everyone wrong. What helped me through this whole thing is that the teacher listened to my needs and me.
I got started in transition by a teacher last year. I have attended many of the conferences in my area and north of Penobscot.
What I am going to leave you with today is that everyone goes through a transition point in their lives. We do not know when it is going to happen and it is not easy to go through.
