The Multi-State Training and Employment project brings together the resources of the public employment services (Vocational Rehabilitation and community rehabilitation programs) and university based training and research centers on behalf of persons with severe disabilities from urban and rural communities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Maine.
